As we expand, we seek a dynamic and strategic B2B Marketing Operations Lead to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives forward. 

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced yet scrappy B2B Marketing Lead responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our B2B marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, IT Edtech Space, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively. 

  • Work hand-in-hand with B2B Sales & Revenue Leadership in designing & executing lead-generation strategies.
  • Fully own critical metrics such as MQL targets and lead conversion rate, and manage assigned marketing budget.
  • Given our dynamic and small team, we prefer the candidate to have a hands-on approach and dive into the technical execution (Ops) to ensure effective operations.
  • A deep understanding of IT EdTech B2B life cycles and identifying relevant gaps is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and events.
  • Performance Marketing: Design and oversee performance marketing strategies to ensure that marketing efforts are measurable and directly tied to ROI, focusing on metrics like CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Close Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to engage and convert prospects throughout the sales funnel.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, targeted content that resonates with our B2B audience and drives engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and keep abreast of competitive activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on SaaS or technology industries. Relevant/similar experience in early-stage start-ups is a requirement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools and ad buy platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Hubspot CRM and other useful tools
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Innovative: Creative thinker passionate about continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Scrappy and Hands-On: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach to execution.

Current Team:

Will report directly to the Enterprise Growth Lead. You will be the first marketing hire for our B2B wing. Will have support from the larger marketing team that is currently supporting B2C efforts. This includes an agency that manages paid ad campaigns, a team that handles SEO, email, social media, brand and graphic designers.
