Business Development Associate

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate with an Engineering background to drive Kodifly’s growth. You will be responsible for translating Kodifly’s LiDAR and AI capabilities into high-impact commercial opportunities and leading the creation of technical slide decks and prospecting opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, or Geomatics preferred) or a highly technical field
• Advanced proficiency in creating professional, aesthetically pleasing, and logically structured slide decks (PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides)
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to explain complex AI/LiDAR concepts simply
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Familiarity with LiDAR, GIS, Digital Twins, or AI-driven infrastructure projects
• Previous experience navigating government or large-scale enterprise procurement processes
