Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Wholesale and Distributors
- Manage exisiting relationships with wholesale customers via email and phone.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and account queries.
- Communicate with our existing customer base regarding new products and support opportunities to upsell.
Order Processing & Invoicing
- Process orders accurately in Xero and warehouse management software.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Assist with sales administration tasks as required.
Sales Growth & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to upsell products when handling orders.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by strengthening customer relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact for all new business enquiries, representing the company with professionalism and confidence.
