Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Wholesale and Distributors

  • Manage exisiting relationships with wholesale customers via email and phone.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and account queries.
  • Communicate with our existing customer base regarding new products and support opportunities to upsell.

Order Processing & Invoicing

  • Process orders accurately in Xero and warehouse management software.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks as required.

Sales Growth & Upselling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell products when handling orders.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by strengthening customer relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new business enquiries, representing the company with professionalism and confidence.
