Requirements
- Completed studies (BWL, Marketing or Communication) or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales (B2B), account management or partner onboarding & success, ideally in the dynamic startup environment
- High affinity for digital tools and drive to make processes more efficient through automation and technical understanding
- Solution-oriented and data-based, able to bridge the gap between hands-on work and strategic development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to express oneself well in German and English
