We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our team as we drive the industry forward and pursue excellence in everything we do.
Requirements
- Primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Review and ensure all reports and paperwork from the vendor are accurate prior to submitting them to the customer
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Manage client accounts; create and dispatch work orders, prepare and deliver proposals, convert approved proposals to work orders and keep accounts up to date
- Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate job scheduling and ensure site compliance with NFPA standards
- Identify the needs of the client and assist them during emergencies
- Maintain records and paperwork within the KFM operating system
- Invoice customers with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Follow all Koorsen Facilities Management policies and procedures
