Role Overview

Team Sales Manager is required to handle tractor loan sales through direct sales team, brokers, and dealers. The role involves handling a team of 5-7 field sales executives and managing yearly business of approximately 500-600 tractors worth 20 Cr. The role also includes tractor refinance business, team productivity, infant collection, and dealer/broker relationships.

What You Will Do

The Team Sales Manager will be responsible for handling a team of sales executives, managing business volume, and working on existing customer data. The role requires experience in team handling and business volume handling.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling and the finance industry, preferably in vehicle finance. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required, and preference will be given to candidates from the vehicle finance industry.
