Team Sales Manager – Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead tractor loan sales through direct teams, brokers, and dealers.

Requirements

• Lead a team of 5–7 field sales executives to drive tractor loan sales
• Manage business volumes of approx. 500–600 tractors annually (~₹20 Cr)
• Handle refinance business, early default collections, and team productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and brokers
• Work on existing customer data to generate new business opportunities
• Ensure smooth operations and performance within the assigned area
