Job Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Monitor the GTM program’s development and ensure a timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competition analysis to identify new opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Lead new market launches by executing entry strategies and managing the establishment of local team.
- Serve as a thought leader and offer strategic counsel to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and fostering team alignment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in strategy, consulting, or GTM roles, ideally within fintech, startups, or fast-paced technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable GTM strategies, with hands-on experience in launching new products, entering new markets, building and scaling businesses from the ground up
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships.
