Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to identify, pursue and close sales opportunities.
- High commercial and sales acumen, including strong understanding of profitability and value-based selling.
- Proven background in Foodservice and/or FMCG environments.
- Solid key account management capability, including relationship building and account planning.
- Strong negotiation skills with professional, clear stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capability for analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and disciplined pipeline/customer data management.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher diploma) with strong FMCG sales experience at state/account management level.
