We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives for one or more of our games.
Requirements
- Managing business development strategies for one or more games and to execute the same
- Management of partnership & collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events & third-party payment partners.
- Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs
- Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound communication and business development strategy, negotiation processes, structure, and best practices across the team
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
- Maintain daily reports and monitor performance
