Senior Manager, Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives for one or more of our games.

Requirements

  • Managing business development strategies for one or more games and to execute the same
  • Management of partnership & collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events & third-party payment partners.
  • Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs
  • Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound communication and business development strategy, negotiation processes, structure, and best practices across the team
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
  • Maintain daily reports and monitor performance
