Kraken is looking for a Data Analyst, Growth to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of data analysis experience with a deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs. They will be responsible for turning complex growth marketing data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate client acquisition, support the onboarding of new clients, deepen retention, and support leadership in making high-impact commercial decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of data analysis experience
- Deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs
- Full mastery of SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
- Strong hands-on Python proficiency
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to translate results into clear growth recommendations
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
