Requirements
- 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs
- Strong hands-on SQL proficiency
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to translate results into clear growth recommendations
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
