Kraken is seeking a Product Manager, Prop Growth to own the full trader lifecycle experience across Breakout Prop and Kraken Prop, driving growth and engagement through acquisition, onboarding, retention, and retention strategies. The team is a lean, high-conviction group of industry pioneers who develop premium crypto products for experienced traders, institutions, and newcomers to the space.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in senior product management
- Significant experience owning growth, engagement, or consumer UX
- Track record of moving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
- Experience designing and shipping onboarding flows, checkout experiences, and engagement loops
- Strong product instinct for what makes people come back
- Ability to write detailed, unambiguous product requirements
- Experience with mobile product development
- Comfortable with funnel analytics and running structured experiments
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools and how product and marketing intersect in the engagement layer
- Strong opinions on localization, internationalization, and building for global audiences
- Senior enough to own a domain with minimal direction
- Strong written communicator
- Experience working across design, engineering, and marketing in a fast-moving environment
- User empathy
- Crypto-native or deeply curious
