As a staff-level IC role, you will have ownership of complex, high-impact design challenges on the Growth team, focusing on first-time user experience, retention, referrals, incentives, and ongoing engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years delivering end-to-end product design
- Staff-level product judgment
- Working knowledge of AI tools and workflows
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Deep experience designing first-time user experience, activation, retention, referrals, incentives, and engagement flows
- Data-informed practice using qualitative research and quantitative signals
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints at scale
