Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team dedicated to delivering a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a drive to work hard, manage a sales team, and have fun while making money. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and building a winning sales team, developing unique sales strategies, and maintaining in-stock levels through precise inventory management.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include coaching and mentoring a sales team, developing unique sales strategies, managing budgets, maintaining in-stock levels, and analyzing customer feedback to ensure high service levels. The Sales Manager will also serve as a liaison between customers and all departments, stay on top of market trends, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Requirements

• College degree or applicable work experience
• Demonstrated dealership sales experience and management of a revenue-generating team
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods, and consumer behavior
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license required
