Brand Manager, Rare Diseases – Europe (DE)

The Brand Manager, Rare Diseases – Europe is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to support product launch and commercialization activities in Europe. This role will work cross-functionally with commercial, medical affairs, legal, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and compliant communication across the European region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, business, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
• Experience working in European healthcare markets and navigating EU promotional guidelines
• Mother tongue German or Spanish required with country marketing experience
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfort working in a small dynamic bio-tech environment
