Data Analyst II

Data Analyst II responsible for managing warranty accrual planning, reserve planning, and warranty expense recovery efforts, including forecasting models, vendor/factory agreements, and reports on claims and recovery status.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related experience preferred
• 7 years of experience in a similar field required (in lieu of degree)
• 5 years of experience in a similar field preferred (with degree)
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
• Detail oriented with high attention to detail
• Familiar with equipment sales business and service structure orientation
• Basic familiarity with Continuous Improvement Processes
• Ability to resolve conflicts, and to remain calm during stressful situations
• Data analysis experience, using SAP, and Salesforce
• Expert level Microsoft Office ability, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Bi
• Knowledge of Agricultural/Construction/Equipment Retail/Service business is a plus
• Strategically-minded, well organized and disciplined with ability to multi-task
