Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead our Front Office Sales Enablement team. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end GTM lifecycle, including Lead management, Opportunity management, qualification and forecasting.
What You Will Do
Lead Sales Enablement technology Portfolio for Kyndryl aligned to business value outcomes, drive adoption and behavioural change across Sales and GTM teams, establish portfolio governance, prioritisation frameworks, and investment decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio management within a front office or client-facing environment.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programme
- Strong commercial acumen (pipeline / sales metrics understanding)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
