Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop new processes to scale sales teams and boost productivity
- Strategically segment prospects and track account assignments
- Deploy reporting and prospection tracking tools
- Manage CRM usage throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Operations teams
Requirements
- M1 or M2 in Business or Engineering School
- Previous experience in sales or customer management
- Autonomous and proactive
- Excel and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
