Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development of LNW’s brand positioning and messaging framework, ensuring consistent execution across all channels and audiences. The role will involve building a marketing infrastructure, including measurement, CRM hygiene, and lifecycle management. The Senior Marketing Manager will also oversee the marketing technology stack and operate within vendor relationships.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will translate LNW’s brand positioning into consistent execution across all channels and audiences, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. The role will also involve developing event copy, email invitations, and social content, as well as supporting the design and execution of programs that educate clients on LNW’s capabilities.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience executing brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels simultaneously
• Experience managing external agencies and coordinating with internal teams
• Familiarity with the UHNW or family office client segment is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and digital analytics tools
