Marketing Operations Manager – AI Security

Lakera is building the security foundation for AI, helping Fortune 500 companies, startups, and AI platform providers protect their systems from adversarial misuse and emerging AI risks. As Marketing Operations Manager – AI Security, you will play a critical role in scaling demand generation for enterprise AI security solutions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or HubSpot, Salesforce, campaign workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline attribution
• Experience supporting demand generation programs (paid media, events, webinars, ABM)
• Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and data hygiene best practices
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
