Sell something you believe in. As a LATAM-focused SDR & AE, you will be the driving force behind building our presence in the LATAM market for Shape. You’ll go beyond traditional SDR responsibilities – not only opening doors, but also taking ownership of early-stage opportunities and helping convert them into meaningful commercial conversations.

Requirements

  • B2B sales (SDR & AE) experience within SaaS or construction tech
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Comfortable owning conversations beyond just top-of-funnel
  • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly across different cultures and seniority levels
