The Marketing Analyst – Dairy Foods role is a hybrid position that combines business analytics with project management. The individual will support the Dairy Case Cheese business by delivering recurring reporting and insights, and assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects. The role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, RGM, Category/Insights, and Supply Chain partners to ensure strong decision support and disciplined execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, business analytics, project management or insights role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
- Familiarity with syndicated and internal data sources such as POS, panel, shipment, or promotional data (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.
