LangChain is hiring a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and scale the founding SDR team, responsible for generating qualified pipeline, owning SDR performance, and developing talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development
  • 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team
  • Comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences
  • Experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.)
  • Highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics
  • Passionate about coaching and developing early-career sales talent
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
