Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales development
- 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team
- Comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences
- Experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.)
- Highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics
- Passionate about coaching and developing early-career sales talent
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving
- Strong communication and organizational skills
