The GTM Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM org structures
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills
