Manage and grow sales at customers for LANXESS LAB with account and budget responsibility, developing and maintaining key account plans and maintaining sales excellence with CRM, Forecasting, etc. Identify customer & product combination, niche value propositions in the Lubricant Additives market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or a related field.
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry; preference on distribution management.
- Knowledge of lubricants, raw materials (base oils, additives, finished products), markets and competitors is preferred.
- Successful track record of qualifying prospects, selling value and closing targets preferably in the chemical industry.
- Demonstrated key account management skills with excellent communication skills for local team collaboration.
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate individuals’ motivations and reactions.
- Ability to manage complexity to favorable outcomes.
