We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion. This is a foundational role where you’ll work directly with the GTM team to transform operations, reporting, and scale. The ideal candidate will build a well-oiled system around their current HubSpot and Omni Analytics tools, and create a robust reporting and analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
- Proven experience with HubSpot or Salesforce implementation
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to design and document workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives with guidance
- SQL knowledge (bonus)
- Experience with AI tools and integrating them into GTM operations
- Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products
- Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics, or similar tools
