We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that drive our go-to-market motion. The role focuses on building and optimizing the revenue engine through CRM, AI, and reporting tools. This is a foundational position requiring collaboration with the GTM leadership team to transform existing operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
- Ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce implementation
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to design workflows
- Strong analytical skills with reporting/dashboarding experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives with guidance
- SQL knowledge (Bonus)
- Experience with AI tools (Bonus)
- Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics or similar tools (Bonus)
