National Sales Account Manager- Hardware & Professional Channels

Lasko Products is seeking a National Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships across Hardware & Professional Channels. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in National Account Management or Sales within consumer durables or CPG, with a strong understanding of joint business planning and trade spend management.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute annual joint business plans across Hardware & Professional Channel accounts
  • Drive assortment expansion, promotional strategy, and distribution growth across fans, heaters, air purifiers, and related home comfort categories
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with Hardware distributors, professional channel partners, and key accounts
  • Own account-level forecast inputs in partnership with Sales Operations and Demand Planning
  • Monitor POS, inventory, and sell-through trends to proactively manage in-stock performance
  • Collaborate within the SIOP framework to support weather-driven demand fluctuations
  • Analyze sales performance, promotional ROI, category trends, and distribution metrics
  • Develop customer-ready presentations and internal executive updates
  • Track and deliver against KPIs including revenue, margin, inventory turns, in-stock %, and share growth
