About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with LASSO customers helping them understand the suite of products LASSO offers, specifically for the event and entertainment industry. The Account Manager position is supported by LASSO’s Account Executives and Customer Success Managers who pass on potential upselling opportunities with active customers.

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager who has experience conveying product value within a SaaS environment.
What you will do:
- Dive deep into the event and entertainment industry and learn to think like a event company business owner
- Develop a deep understanding of each account to identify opportunities for them to leverage additional LASSO products
- Demo numerous LASSO products to various buyer personas
- Create proposals and process new upgrade contracts
- Proactive communication with customers to understand their problems and explain product value
- Serve as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Drive upsell/upgrades of LASSO Products and services in existing accounts
- Develop partnerships with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure a top-notch experience for the customer
- Navigate through complex org structures to ensure targeted communications
Essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience selling complex vertical solutions and/or a suite of products
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Seeks out coaching and feedback from leadership then effectively implements advice from manager.
- Detail oriented. Resourceful. Able to manage time effectively. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM
