We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to help our product organization run at its best. You’ll report directly to our SVP of Product & Design and work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success—making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time, and that our teams can focus on building great software.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- A track record of improving how product teams work—not just running processes, but making them meaningfully better
- Deep cross-functional fluency
- A collaborative, enabling mindset
- Strong analytical chops
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in developer tools, DevOps, or infrastructure software (bonus point)
- Engineering background or technical degree (bonus point)
- Familiarity with feature management, progressive delivery, or experimentation platforms (bonus point)
- Experience enabling enterprise sales teams with product positioning, competitive intel, or technical content (bonus point)
