Lawpath is looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to join their team. The role involves managing Paid Media operations and SEO function, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data & Technology to connect digital activity to revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a combined SEM/SEO or digital growth generalist role, ideally within B2B SaaS, legal tech, or a subscription-based business
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; Microsoft Ads experience is a bonus
- Strong SEO toolkit: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMRush, SEOGets, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO implementation
- CMS experience, particularly WordPress – understands site structure, indexability, and page-level SEO execution
- Analytically minded: builds reports, not just reads them – GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets are second nature
- Strong communicator who translates digital metrics into plain commercial language for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, commercially minded, with a bias for action and a healthy devil’s advocate mindset
- Stays current: follows SEJ, Search Round Table, and tracks how AI and machine learning is reshaping search
- Proficient in Asana and Notion for project and task management
