At Revpath, we’re creating the operating system for the revenue organization. We believe that the team who gets revenue (sales, customer success, marketing) should work as one unit, not in silos. But silos are created because systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana aren’t built to make this team work well together.
We’re starting with a new kind of system of record for the entire revenue ops team. Our first product lets that team define their own processes with AI, track them, and continuously improve them over time with no code.
We’re early stage (under 10 people), well funded by top-tier VCs, and headquartered in New York City.
About the Role
We are looking for a lead operations analyst to be our first hire for a product that helps operations teams work like analysts. We are building an AI analyst helping customers across SaaS understand GTM performance. This user is one of the most important in our entire product, and their workflows are an essential part of our platform.
You will be responsible for helping us build and test this product by becoming a user of the product yourself, and working with our design and engineering team to improve it. You’ll help our customers onboard onto the product and support them long-term, learning from them and collecting feedback to continuously improve the product. You’ll also engage with our go-to-market content and community strategy. You’ll work directly with our CEO to bring this function to life.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with design and engineering to ship a better product
- Play a leading role in CS, defining our early onboarding systems
- Work closely with revenue leaders and operations professionals to understand their needs
- Build go-to-market content and processes from scratch
- Work directly with a technical CEO + co-founders and world-class engineering and design early team

You’d be a great fit if:
- You’ve been a revenue operations analyst / systems manager / or a founder spending lots of time in the CRM
- You’ve been the person who knows the analytics and data best across Marketing, Sales, or CS
- You’ve been consultative to go-to-market teams and love helping them get 10% better. You know operations is equal parts people and systems
- You like writing, and have previously engaged on Linkedin, made content or education for this audience
- You’ve worked closely with software engineering or design before and enjoy bringing new products to life
- You also might be someone who ultimately wants to scale as a people leader in ops, or wants to start something of their own. We’re very supportive of ambitious people, and we want to help our early teammates get there
We’re open to people from many different career paths. If you’ve had experience in consulting, RevOps, CS, DevRel or even Engineering but these skills match, you should consider applying. Titles we think might match well:
