Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for customer projects from planning to successful implementation, building strong, long-term customer relationships, and developing them strategically.
What You Will Do
Steer customer projects end-to-end, take responsibility for customer relationships, accompany customers from kick-off to reporting, develop effective strategies for lead generation, and present strategies convincingly.

Requirements
- Experience in customer care (at least 2 years)
- Experience in project management (at least 2 years)

- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking & willingness to develop
