Leader, Global Platform Specialists – GTM Strategy & Programs

The WFO Global Platform Specialists organization brings in depth go-to-market expertise to the field in our most strategic solution areas and in doing so ensures we are exceeding the expectations of our customers and partners as they digitally transform their businesses.

We are seeking a leader for the Global Platform Specialists Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Programs team. In this role you will create and run global programs with the goal of amplifying the field impact of our several hundred specialists across all solution areas (e.g., Data Analytics, AI/ML, Application Modernization, Security, etc.). You’ll lead a team of global program managers who are designing and orchestrating world-class enablement, rhythm of business, and other go-to-market programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our global rhythm of the business, including our quarterly planning process, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.
  • Develop enablement programs to help our field scale their impact and continuously build new skills. Key aspects of this include a dynamic set of bootcamps, virtual learning experiences, certifications, and newsletters.
  • Lead communications and events across our global and regional specialist teams, including regular all hands, newsletters, and active sharing of best practices across regions and solution areas.
  • Help develop and scale key horizontal initiatives across our Platform Specialists team. These vary considerably by quarter but have included programs focused on winning big strategic deals, improving our win rates, leveraging our ecosystem of partners and scaling our customer story pipeline.
  • Lead, develop and grow a team of global program managers with a culture of inclusion, innovation, and development
