The ideal candidate would want to learn and grow with LeadG2, helping us super-serve our clients and continue to grow our agency. This person will report directly to the VP/Senior Director at LeadG2. 

Who You Are

  • A strategic marketer with 5+ years of experience in marketing and HubSpot. 
  • Proficient in sales and sales enablement strategies.  
  • An expert in HubSpot, particularly the marketing and sales hubs.  
  • self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.  
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple projects.  

What You’ll Do

  • Assess and Optimize HubSpot Setups: Evaluate clients’ HubSpot configurations, including workflows, automations, reporting, and deal pipelines, to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.  
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Conduct thorough discovery and marketing diagnostics to create customized strategies encompassing lead generation, content marketing, sales enablement, social media, email marketing, and more. 
  • Project Management: Oversee and execute client campaigns and deliverables, such as creating landing pages, blog posts, CTAs, emails, lead nurturing workflows, social posts, website pages, sequences, and reports within HubSpot.  
  • Collaborate with a Team: Ensure the creation and delivery of strategic, timely, and compelling content with other members of the team creating content and helping you get work done. 
  • Facilitate Sales and Marketing Alignment: Lead conversations and training sessions to ensure goals, lead flow, and ROI tracking are established and maintained.  
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Determine goals and KPIs, and analyze marketing and sales reports to inform strategy. 
  • Client Communication: Host regular virtual consulting and training calls, develop agendas, take notes, and provide detailed recaps with actionable items tracked in our project management system.  
  • Conduct Trainings and Workshops: Facilitate both in-market and virtual trainings and workshops with clients.  

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of marketing and HubSpot experience. 
  • Strong understanding of sales and sales enablement 
  • Direct experience using and teaching HubSpot, especially the marketing and sales hubs. 
  • Ability to travel as needed for client visits and staff meetings (ranging from 1-4 times a year). 
  • Proficiency in writing and/or editing marketing and sales copy.  
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
