We’re less than a year old, but growing super fast. Launched our beta at the end of April last year, currently doing over $120k in MRR and recently closed a $1MM+ Seed round in November. We’re looking for someone super invested in working with our gritty, scrappy team of hustlers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, gritty and results-driven Junior Sales Leader to join our growing sales team. The Sales role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through all outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through emails, socials, text, and calls
- Identify and qualify strong potential clients
- Generate interest and book demos with potential clients
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for approaching and closing new business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
