Position Overview: As an SDR at Lean Layer, you’ll be responsible for driving top of funnel growth by setting meetings with revenue leaders including CMOs, CEOs, Founders, CROs, and VPs of Sales at B2B companies. You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline by setting qualified meetings, nurturing potential clients, and collaborating closely with our Head of Growth.. This role allows SDRs to exceed their quotas, offering substantial earning potential for those who consistently exceed expectations.

10% of this role will be supporting our marketing efforts and for those who wish to take their career in marketing, operations, events etc. we can adjust the title and trajectory of the role accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Set and schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers and revenue leaders
  • Qualify inbound leads based on Lean Layer’s ICP and initiate conversations that align with their revenue goals
  • Handle rebuttals with ease and act as an expert on Lean Layer’s services
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and ensure a high level of follow-up with potential clients
  • Support Head of Growth on marketing initiatives, messaging and prospecting strategies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Ideally you have 6+ months of experience as an SDR or similar role, ideally with a focus on selling to revenue leaders (CMOs, CEOs, Founders, CROs, VPs of Sales) at B2B companies
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to craft personalized outreach and navigate high-level conversations
  • Goal-Driven: A self-starter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and document activity accurately
  • Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales efforts and share insights
