The Director of Performance Marketing & Digital Commerce is responsible for driving full-funnel digital growth across owned ecommerce platforms, retail marketplaces, and paid media channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital commerce, ecommerce, growth marketing, or customer acquisition leadership
- Strong background managing large-scale digital media budgets and enterprise ecommerce performance initiatives
- Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital analytics, attribution, and full-funnel marketing strategy
- Experience overseeing marketplace performance across direct-to-consumer ecommerce environments
- Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to diagnose business problems through data interpretation and performance analysis
- Proven success driving measurable growth through paid media optimization, customer journey improvements, and ecommerce strategy
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience within consumer electronics, retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel consumer brands preferred
