Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. As a high-output, low-ego operator, you will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine, driving sales accepted opportunities, qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation
- Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on AI fluency and experience in successfully embedding AI- tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability
- Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets
- Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success and executive stakeholders
- Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams
