Join Leapsome as a High-Velocity Account Executive and help small and growing companies unlock the power of their people. You will own the full sales cycle, manage a high volume of opportunities, and build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales role (ideally B2B SaaS) or a client-facing position such as consulting.
  • Passion for optimizing processes and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in HR tech, or fields like organizational development, people development, would be a bonus.
