Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst works within the scope of the sales teams (field and telesales) as well as on one of the leboncoin markets. He/she provides statistical analysis, advice and studies on sales production, and analyses sales results (data collection, consolidation, modelling and interpretation), in order to inform the Sales and Operations Departments on progress made and compliance with the defined sales strategy. He/she provides statistical analysis, advice and studies on sales production, and analyses sales results (data collection, consolidation, modelling and interpretation), in order to inform the Sales and Operations Departments on progress made and compliance with the defined sales strategy.

Missions

You will provide real support for the support teams (Trade Marketing, Operations and Strategy Departments) through your analyses and recommendations, in order to inform the definition of sales, pricing and discount strategies. You will identify or respond to requests for ad hoc analyses on specific issues, for which you will identify the answers and make recommendations. You will also be responsible for calculating half-yearly targets for the sales teams, providing historical data, matrices and assumptions to management for approval. The definition of these targets will be worked out in advance with the Sales Department. Your reporting/analysis of the sales teams’ KPIs will make it possible to obtain a quantitative/qualitative analysis that you will model in presentations for Management and site managers to help with steering. As a true statistician of sales performance, you will be keen to demonstrate through your deliverables that it is possible to improve the sales pitch, business management and the achievement of targets. Through your assignments, you will contribute to the performance of the sales teams.

Profile

2 to 5 years’ higher education.

You have a strong logical, analytical and summarising mind. You enjoy working in a world of figures while being business and marketing-oriented. One KPI = 1 analysis = 1 operational recommendation.

Proven experience in data analysis and/or data science and/or dashboarding and/or marketing and/or consumer data and/or e-commerce and/or data mining.

You are rigorous, reliable and highly organised (respect for deadlines, sense of prioritisation, multi-project management).

You are proactive, autonomous, dynamic and responsive

You have excellent writing and speaking skills

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player

You are familiar with Google Sheet and/or Excel

Knowledge of SalesForce and Tableau would be a plus, or any other BI tool.

Fluency in English would be appreciated.

Reporting line: Sales Performance Manager – Operations Department.
