  • Improve lead management and sales forecasting precision
  • Foster communication between marketing and partner departments
  • Provide real-time visibility into sales performance and team productivity
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports for management teams
  • Conduct regular CRM data audits
  • Support sales team processes
  • Manage team compensation and sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance with sales rules and strategies

Required Profile

8+ years experience in similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup. Strong analytical skills, collaborative approach, and proficiency in sales automation tools.
