Requirements

  • Identify business opportunities and customers
  • Manage sales personnel for growth and succession
  • Formulate sales volumes, product mix, and market share objectives
  • Oversee quote reviews and negotiations with customers
  • Develop departmental budgets and maintain costs within them
  • Lead sales contribution to MBR and Leadership activities
