Leidos is seeking a Commercial Airports Business Development Lead to conduct market research and outreach, develop strategic plans, and deliver on pipeline in the commercial airports sector. The role requires an ethical approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities, comprehensive business acumen, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and outstanding business relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and without supervision and achieve revenue growth goals in the Airport/Airline marketspace
- Knowledge of or equivalent experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) of Passenger and Baggage Screening Equipment.
- Skills and experience at networking in the aviation community (FAA, DHS, TSA, Airlines, Airports)
- Familiarity with online tools used by the Commercial Aviation market for solicitations
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 15+ years prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 13+ years of experience
