Mid-Level Data Scientist to join the team in Springfield, VA, collecting, processing, and performing data analysis to improve the mission area of Maritime Features.
Requirements
- Collect, process, and perform data analysis
- Integrate centralized protect and maintain data in DBMS
- Clean, massage, and organize data
- Perform ad hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner
- Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner using storytelling/visualization
- Assist with creation/deployment/maintenance of cloud applications to support migration of data and production processes
- Assist with creation/maintenance of tools to extract features data and meta-data from a variety of sources
- Write/maintain Python scripts in Arc GIS to improve efficiency of the production process
- Assist in providing support to Business Processing Re-engineering
- Perform Data Conversion/migration
- Assist with development and performance of automated Business Analytics
