The Role

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy, hands-on marketing leader to step into a 12-month maximum term role, covering the maternity leave of our Growth and Revenue Operations Lead.

This is a strategic role at the heart of our growth engine—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, systems, and sales. You’ll own and evolve our lead orchestration strategy, ensuring the right customers are prioritised at the right time to drive meaningful revenue outcomes.

You’ll need to be as comfortable leading a team and influencing cross-functional stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve complex routing challenges or refine system processes.

Job Description

  • Own the orchestration of leads through the customer funnel—ensuring timely, accurate routing to sales based on performance models, customer signals, and strategic rules.
  • Monitor and maintain health of lead pipelines, proactively identifying and resolving breaks in the system.
  • Build and maintain data logic layers and queries that drive personalisation, segmentation, and call file creation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth teams to iterate on customer rules, scoring logic, and routing strategies.
  • Own reporting and analytics across CRM, product analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SFMC, Amplitude).
  • Act as the internal expert for customer targeting, call file prioritisation, and marketing automation logic.
  • Drive key martech projects and support broader growth initiatives.
  • Lead a capable team of journey managers, specialists, and a Marketing Cloud Engineer to deliver business impact.

This is a highly cross-functional and technical role.

You’ll be managing a complex ecosystem that includes marketing automation, CRM integrations, data pipelines, and dynamic routing logic. Success requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a willingness to get hands-on when needed to ensure excellence in execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Data-Driven CRM roles.
  • Strong data wrangling skills and a working knowledge of martech/data pipelines.
  • Experience in high-volume B2C or B2B2C environments (e.g. mortgage, proptech, fintech).
  • Proven ability to manage complex systems with many dependencies and fast-changing business needs.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a commercial lens.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes through people and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with end-to-end personalisation martech such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; CDP management will be highly regarded.
