Lendi Group is a market-leading digital platform business that is focused on revolutionising the entire property journey. We’re looking for a Customer Growth Lead to drive our scalable, efficient customer acquisition across paid media and performance channels as a parental leave cover for 12 months.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing with ownership of large paid media budgets.
- Strong expertise across traditional paid channels (FTA, Radio, OOH)
- Demonstrated success scaling acquisition while improving efficiency
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data, forecasting and attribution models
- Commercial mindset with clear accountability for targets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
