Business Development Manager (Non-Food Raw Materials)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Taguig City. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. The role involves market research, strategic planning, lead generation, sales, relationship building, collaboration, and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with required prior experience with Chemicals, Paints & Coatings, Industrial raw mats and other non-food raw materials.
• Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
