Job Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for driving and implementing an efficient management system for their business segment within Lenovo, supporting the Markets sales cadence, optimizing demand supply, quota setting, operational planning and driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a solid Business Management System used by the Markets
- Support cadence and forecast analysis
- Ensure teams have a common daily view of business status
- Provide assessments of orders and shipment tracks
- Support optimization of shipment tracks
- Support quarterly planning and quota setting processes
- Drive process improvements and sales enablement initiatives
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred master’s in business administration or Computer Science
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Sales Operations or Global Supply Chain
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
- Ability to break down complex tasks
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English and German required
